offer by AFRICAPHONEBOOKS which is entitled to modify the terms of those General Conditions of Sale at any moment.
AFRICAPHONEBOOKS is the exclusive sales agent of the «AFRICAPHONEBOOKS TV» and, as such,
is the only body entitled to receive advertising orders.
The conclusion of an advertising order by the advertiser implies full acceptance of the present
General Conditions of Sale as well as the current regulation regarding television advertising.
