The offer "AFRICAPHONEBOOKS TV consists of the dissemination of" advertisements "in English to 12" (twelve seconds) with a company or institution whose head office is located in one of the countries listed annexed.
The offer "AFRICAPHONEBOOKS TV will lead to 15 (fifteen) broadcasts of the same" message "during the same calendar week (Monday through Sunday), distributed on television TV5MONDE Africa, CANAL + HORIZONS EURONEWS and (signal Africa) and 5 (five) slots in accordance with the procedures detailed in Annex 2 of this Convention.
